The Biologique Recherche Air France Première Experience!
In March we were delighted to invite Air France premier clientele for a day of luxury treatments in St John’s Wood!
Creating our very own Biologique Recherche Première First Class Lounge, our Air France VIP guests dined on gorgeous macaroons and crab avocado tian canapés, as a special treat from L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. These little delicacies were complimented with cocktails and champagne, as they enjoyed bespoke Biologique Recherche facials for a moment of luxury and relaxation.
As Air France Première Clients, our guests were highly successful, commercial and business leaders, frequently having to travel across the globe. Their jet set lifestyles definitely showed in their skin; displaying signs of dehydration, trauma and stress.
Amie Biller, Biologique Recherche Head of UK Training, explains why this was the case. ‘Our skin reacts to changes in environment, diet and stress. We put our body through each one of these when travelling. Skin can feel tight, dehydrated and sensitive, as it is exposed to recycled airplane air and lack of sleep.
It was very interesting to see people who travel, often showing exactly the same symptoms! The ultimate treatment for stressed, reactive skin, is our specialist Biologique Recherche Soin Lissant Facial, and this was my chosen treatment for most of our clientèle.’
Amie discussed the best skincare regime with clients, recommending products that can help protect and replenish skin between time zones. She shares her recommendations with us here:
Lait VIP O₂ – starting your skin care routine off the right way, will give your skin its best flying chance. Enrich the cells with specific BR Oxygenating Complex to hydrate and smooth for a Zen experience.
L’Eauxygénante – do not travel without it! After a long flight, refresh your skin with the energising powers of orange and kiwi extract.
Gel ADN Silkgen – this silk extract gel has great powers of protection. Whilst in-flight, ensure to use a little extra for an intensive hydrating treatment!
Biokiss – chapped lips are the tale-tale sign of dehydration, so ensure you top up with Biokiss throughout your flight.
